Week 42

Week 42 was quite ordinary; nothing particularly special actually happened. A week with a lot of studying inside. Training didn't work out because my right knee was still sore, and I got mild flu at the end of the week. The only thing that was somehow special was that I wrote to my old workplace about the end of the employment contract. 

 Since nothing special happened, I would like to tell you about my work in Finland. So I work as a digital marketing professional in Finland at an insurance company called LähiTapiola. In my job, I am responsible for the digital visibility of LähiTapiola's Savo region and the marketing manager. In addition, my help is a separate advertising agency and marketing staff from the head office. In my work, among other things, I do e-mail and social media marketing, display and Google advertising, and other tasks related to digital marketing. In addition, I am in contact with several of our partners and customers. M

y work is rewarding because every day is different, and my job description is comprehensive. That's why I've enjoyed my current job for about two and a half years. I started at LähiTapiola in 2020 as a marketing intern and got a job directly after the internship. The next step in my career would be to aim to work possibly in an advertising agency or a large consulting house.
